PRIMAL LEADERS TRAINING: GREAT LEADERS; GREAT TEAMS; GREAT RESULTS

“Great leaders move us! They ignite our passion and inspire the best in us. When we try to explain why they are so effective, we speak of strategy, vision, or powerful ideas. But the reality is much more primal: Great leadership works through the emotions.” – Daniel Goleman.

No matter what leaders set out to do—whether it’s creating strategy or mobilizing teams to action— their success depends on how they do it. Even if they get everything else just right, if leaders fail in this primal task of driving emotions in the right direction, nothing they do will work as well as it could or should.

This course is tailored to address holistic leadership; ie transcendental leadership which integrates the four essences of human existence the body (physical), the mind (logical/rational thought), heart (emotions, feelings) and spirit. There is need to shift the focus of the leader from “I to We”, to raise the self – other awareness in leaders, that will ultimately lead to the success of the organization.

Course Outline

  • Integral leadership, the place of the transcendental leader in today’s organizations
  • The tenets of success through transcendental leading
  • Team Leader Emotional Intelligence
  • Primal Individuals – characteristics and traits
  • Triggering primacy – situations and motives
