DR. NICHOLAS LETTING, PhD, HSC,

Vice–Chancellor of the Management University of Africa (MUA) and Assistant Honorary Secretary – APSEA, holds a PhD, MBA and Bcom degrees from the University of Nairobi and CPA, CS and CIFA Final Certificates from KASNEB. A respected  academician - practitioner, committed professional, passionate facilitator in conferences, corporate governance expert, astute administrator, investments and finance analyst and transformative leader with over 20 years of work experience. He started his career with BAT Kenya and worked for over 8 years in Leaf Operations, Finance, Human Resources and Administration. He served for 5 years with Kenya Institute of Management (KIM) as deputy Executive Director/CEO in charge of COYA, consultancy, membership, SME and Media services. 

He has served as Senior Lecturer at MUA since 2011 and five (5) years as Vice – Chancellor heading finance, academic and administrative functions of the institution. Has successfully supervised several PhD and Masters Students and published widely. In addition, he has consulted with international organisations including UNDP. He has been a Council Member and Chairman of ICPSK now ICS. He has served as Council Member and Chairman of Finance, Strategy and General Purposes Committee at KIE, now Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (KICD) and is currently a member of National Commission for Science Technology and Innovations (NACOSTI).  He is a Fellow of ICPAK and ICS and Full Member of KIM, IoD, ICIFA and IHRM
