High achievers working within teams are usually responsible for successful outcomes acquired by their teams and usually become the primal leaders and team role models.

Specifically, the primal leaders attitude is literally contagious and spreads quickly to the other team members and as a result the business improves its bottom line performance.

Management University of Africa conducted a Primal Leadership conference, from the 28th to the 30th of April at THE BOMA Hotel. The training attracted over ten participants drawn from various corporations.
