JOB PURPOSE

The incumbent will be the chief architect of learning experiences, responsible for applying learning theories and instructional design models (like ADDIE, AM or DigCompEdu) to systematically design, develop, and evaluate engaging, learner-centered course content, often for online or blended delivery.
