Rationale
The Certificate in Management and Leadership (CML) programme is designed to provide an opportunity for learners to combine both knowledge and action. The programme will equip the learners with valuable social skills, Foundations of Leadership and Management among other courses that are invaluable in organisations today. The programme is suitable for high school graduates who wish to secure a sound qualification in Management and Leadership.

Attained a mean grade of D Plain and above in your KCSE
