How to Apply and payment Instructions
Application forms and further details are available from the offices or through our university website (Click here). To initiate the application process, you can easily download the form, complete it, scan the filled document, and submit it electronically through the email address admissions@mua.ac.ke. Alternatively, you may also return the duly completed forms to any of the following designated offices for your convenience:

STEP 2: Complete all appropriate sections of the application form and attach the following:
Requirements for Kenyan Applications (Students)
- Copies of certificates and all transcripts (Masters, Bachelors, Diplomas & Certificates.)
- KCSE Certificate / Result slip
- Two (2) passport size photographs.
- Copy of national ID/Passport or Birth Certificate
Requirements for international applicants (Students)
- Applicants with foreign qualifications are required to undertake Recognition, Equation and Verification of their qualifications from Kenya National Qualifications Authority’s portal https://rev.knqa.go.ke or visit https://www.Knqa.go.ke
- The Commission for University Education (CUE) undertakes recognition and equation of Post-graduate Certificates conferred or awarded by Foreign Universities and Institutions. Visit https://www.cue.or.ke for more details.
- A copy of travel passport.
STEP 3: Make payment of Non-refundable application fee
- PhD – Kshs. 5,000/=
- Postgraduate – Kshs. 2,000/=
- Undergraduate – Kshs. 2,000/=
- Diploma – Kshs. 1,500/=
- Certificate – Kshs. 1000/=
- CILT – 1,500/=

Payment can either be done through Mpesa Paybill or deposit in Bank
